Lavender

We use English lavender grown in Tasmania. The buds carry a strong perfume and just a teaspoon makes a generous pot. Some take to it neat, others prefer to blend with chamomile or sencha. Five to six minutes in hot water.

Some take it neat, others blend it with our chamomile, China sencha to soften the perfume.
