Our Earl Grey is a single-estate Ceylon black tea, hand-scented with cold-pressed bergamot from Calabria. The flavour is brighter and more citrus-led than a standard blend, with a clean tannin pull rather than a heavy malt body. Three to four minutes in just-off-boil water.
